That was the entire premise of producing this bass house track on the same day that Denver, Colorado was the first US city to decriminalize the potent, but natural psychedelic entheogen.
The cheeky vocals and bouncing mushroom bassline take the housey piano riffs and trip them out to another dimension.
We thought it was hilarious that everyone in the news was saying "Denver voted on shrooms today".
Obviously armed with a punny double-entendre like that made for a super fun studio session.
Especially when we had the computer voice recording some of these lines we wrote out ... hahahahaha
This song is definitely reminiscent of that cheeky Fatboy Slim sound, but with a twist and a surprise for the actual bass house style drop.
